LED Flashlight Gloves

I use it with my 20" chainsaw. It comes with 5 burrs and 2 handles. Extra burr shank nuts are included as well. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. This tool lets you fix abrasive burr at the correct sharpening angle to chain teeth. To assemble the tool you just need to attach spinning handle to the burr via replacing and tightening shank nut. And that's it.

Instructions are well written and include good trouble shooting tips. Setup the first time takes a little patience. But, is easy once you get the hang of it and see how the jig works. I found it good to check the results on the first couple of teeth I sharpened in either direction to make sure I was getting an even cut across the tooth. On one setup, I had to move the crank sleeve out a little to get the burr file to cut the saw tooth in the middle of the file instead of at the end closest to the handle. The universal setup makes it easy to use on just about any size chainsaw. This jig works well enough to easily pay for itself after one chain sharpening. After a short learning curve, I was able to do two of my chain saws in about 90 minutes, taking my time and checking as I went along.

The sharpener itself is a nicely built unit, kind of a steep learning curve if you are coming from using a round file to manually sharpen your chains. If you’ve used this sort of sharpener before, it should be obvious though. It’s easy to use after you get the hang of it. You just clamp it on the blade, adjust it to the right height and sharpen each link, then moving it along to the next link.

The chainsaw sharpening jig is super easy to use. Attach the jig to the saw and use the appropriate file. It comes with everything you need to sharpen a chainsaw. It also comes neatly packaged in a waterproof case for easy storage and transport.

Item arrived on time and packaged well. The item seems to be very good quality and tight tolerance. I ordered a spare cutter and quality is excellent.I would buy again.
